What is it ?
Arch roof building machines are continuous arched steel panel buildings that are fabricated by means of a trailer mounted roll forming system that can be transported to the construction work site. The individual fabricated panels are seamed together by means of an electrically driven hand operated seaming machine that connects the panels together into panel bays. These sectional bays are then raised and placed onto the foundation and joined to adjacent building sections and seamed together. Buildings as small as 5meters wide and as large as 42 meters wide can be designed on site and constructed.
What are arched buildings ?
It is a self support structure without girder, beam or truss. Those can be used to satisfy almost any building function from housing, warehousing and storage facilities, maintenance buildings, aircraft hangars, agricultural and livestock buildings, commercial facilities, recreational structures or any other use that may be required.
Durability and Resistance to Corrosion:
Galvanized steel coil or colored steel coil gives corrosion resistance and superior heat reflectivity. It reflects a high percentage of heat and can withstand in any weather conditions without surface discoloration. It is of High tensile Steel and comes in spectrum of colors, to enhance the appearance, life and value of the building; specially designed seaming machines eliminate use of fasteners and thus ensure 100% leak proof roofing.

Features:
1. All the rollers are forged from the high quality structural steel and are processed intensely. The surfaces of the rollers are plated with hard chromium. The rollers have a high hardness and long operating life.
2. The power set to automatically transport the colored steel sheet is equipped in the forming press section, which can press the colored steel sheet with the thickness of 0.8~1.5mm. It is not needed to frequently adjust the clearance between the pressing rolls when pressing the sheet with different thickness, which can make the sheet come out from machine normally without scuffing of the coating film of the sheet. Being just like a foolproof camera, the operation of the machine is very simple. But the quality of the finished product can be guaranteed.
3. The length of the finished sheet is measured by the electronic measurement instrument or mechanical measurement instrument. The helping hand wheel and the counter are used in the adjustment of the bending of arch sheet, which makes the operation simple and guarantees the quality and the dimensional precision.
